2010 Case XX Tiny Toothpick Gold Quartz Vein? Exotic Series SN 005

This knife is in new condition. I'm not sure what the handles are called. This is part of the Case XX Exotic Series and is serial number 005.  The knife is 3 inches closed. The design puts me in mind of gold vein material with turquoise.
